Mantel Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1 1/2 lb ground beef
    1 chopped onion
    1 can rotel
    1 can manwich
    1 lb elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
    6 to 7 slices american cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onions, drain grease. Add manwich and rotel; heat thoroughly. Add cheese, stir till melted. Stir in macaroni. You can add a can of pork and beans, or a can of whole kernel corn or both. Serves 6.
