Chocolate Chips Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. cocoa (add 1 tsp. soda mixed with boiling water to the consistency of soft toothpaste)
    2 c. flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 oz. or more chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients carefully. Fill cupcakes cups half full. Bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) 20 to 30 minutes. No frosting needed.
