Shrimp Party Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. gelatin
    1 c. consomme
    8 oz. cream cheese
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 cans Orleans shrimp (cocktail, small, medium)
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 pimentos, chopped
    1 bottle capers, drained
    2 Tbsp. grated onions
    1/2 c. chili sauce
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 drops Tabasco
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup consomme.
    Heat remaining consomme; add softened gelatin to dissolve.
    Cool.
    In a bowl, beat cream cheese and mayonnaise with a wooden spoon until well blended.
    Add cooled consomme and all other ingredients.
    Place in a lightly greased 2-quart ring mold or fish mold.
    Chill.
    Serve on lettuce with French dressing.
    Can be prepared the day before serving.
