Crabmeat Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 1/2 oz.) cans artichoke hearts, drained (I prefer Progresso brand)
    1 lb. crabmeat
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sauteed
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. medium dry sherry
    paprika to taste
    cayenne pepper to taste
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Place artichokes in bottom of 2 1/2-quart baking dish; spread a layer of crabmeat.
    Add a layer of sauteed mushrooms.
    Melt butter in a saucepan; add flour, cream, salt, Worcestershire sauce, sherry, paprika, cayenne pepper and pepper.
    Stir well after each addition to form a smooth sauce. Pour sauce over artichoke-crab layer and spread with cheese on top.
    Bake 30 minutes.
    Serves 8.
