Egg Drop Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chicken broth
4 tsp. cornstarch
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 green onions, chopped
Preparation

In a 1-quart pan, mix chicken broth and cornstarch until smooth.
Cook over high heat, stirring frequently until it comes to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer.
Stirring constantly, pour beaten egg in thin stream into simmering broth.
Stir in green onions and serve.
