Barbecued Rabbit - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 rabbits, quartered
1 c. salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. red wine
1 small onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
juice from 1/2 lemon
4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
4 Tbsp. ketchup
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
several drops Tabasco
1 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Combine all
sauce
ingredients
and simmer 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
Baste
quartered rabbits generously with sauce and grill over charcoal.
Turn every 5 minutes and baste heavily each time.
Meat
should be ready to fall off the bone in 30 to 40 minutes.
Serve
with
corn
on the cob, cole slaw and fresh rolls.
Serves 6 to 8.
