Indian Spinach Balls(Serves 3 To 4 Persons) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 egg
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. plain yogurt
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. cumin seed
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 Tbsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. parsley
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    red pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Serve with rice and pita bread.
