Crock-Pot Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine, melted
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 c. celery
    8 oz. can mushrooms
    12 c. dry bread crumbs (croutons)
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 1/2 tsp. salt and sage
    1 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs, well beaten
    3 1/2 to 4 1/2 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Mix butter, onion and celery and saute.
    Add mushrooms, spices and broth.
    Add some of the hot liquid to egg while stirring, then add to broth.
    Mix hot liquid into bread crumbs.
    Put into crock-pot and cook on high for 45 minutes, then on low for 4 hours.
