Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    11 egg whites (very fresh)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. flour (all-purpose)
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift sugar into stiffly beaten egg whites and beat well.
    Add flour, sifted 5 times with cream of tartar.
    Add vanilla.
    Stir as little as possible after adding flour.
    Bake in floured tube pan for 45 minutes.
    Invert and let stand until cold.
