Chicken Curry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped green onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. oil
1/3 c. flour
2 c. chicken broth
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 c. tomato juice
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. curry powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 clove garlic
4 c. diced, cooked chicken
Preparation

Brown onions and celery in oil.
Blend in flour and broth. Cook, stirring until thickened.
Add juice and all seasonings. Add chicken and heat through.
Serve over rice.
Serves 6.
