Rice Caliente - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 c. Monterey Jack
    1 c. onions, chopped
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 c. Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
Preparation
    Saute ground beef, onions and seasonings until done.
    Drain off fat.
    Add Ro-Tel tomatoes with rice.
    Turn into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
