Somen Salad Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. low-salt shoyu
1/4 c. canola oil
1/4 c. rice vinegar
1/2 c. dashi-no-moto broth
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
1 Tbsp. + 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. mirin
1/2 tsp. sesame seed
Preparation

Combine all the ingredients in a jar and shake vigorously. Use as a salad dressing.
