South Of The Border Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 avocado
    1 Tbsp. minced, pickled green chili pepper
    1 Tbsp. minced sour pickle
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    seasoning to taste
Preparation
    Cut ripe avocado in half and remove seed.
    Peel and put pulp through sieve.
    Add the other remaining ingredients; blend well.
