Ingredients
    1 pound cake
    Cool Whip or homemade whipped cream
    frozen strawberries in sweetened juice
Preparation
    Cut cake into slices.
    Top each slice with fruit and whipped cream.
    Another variation is to cut the pound cake into half after it is partially thawed, layer it with strawberries and then a layer of whipped cream.
    The top layer is then spread with whipped cream.
    When an individual slice is cut, take a tablespoon of the fruit juice to top it off with.
