Ginger Crinkles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. Wesson oil
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    4 Tbsp. molasses
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix Wesson oil and sugar thoroughly.
    Add egg and beat well.
    Stir in molasses.
    Sift dry ingredients together and add.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls into sugar and form into balls coated with sugar.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet 3 inches apart.
    Bake for 8 to 10 minutes (do not overcook).
    Remove to wire rack.
    Cookies will flatten and crinkle.
    Makes 5 dozen.
