Country Breakfast Casserole(Great For Company) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained
    10 eggs, lightly beaten
    3 c. light cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 bunch green onion, chopped
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    16 oz. day old bread, cubed
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 13-inch pan well.
    Place bread in pan.
    Sprinkle with cheeses.
    Combine rest of ingredients together and mix well. Pour over bread and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until golden brown.
    Serves 6 to 8 people.
