Moist Chocolate Cake - No Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 Tbsp. baking soda
    2/3 c. oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. strong black coffee (may use instant)
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar, baking soda and cocoa together.
    Add buttermilk and oil.
    Stir until blended.
    Boil coffee and stir in gently.
    Mixture will be soupy.
    Grease and flour pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
