Scotch Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour (all-purpose)
1 stick oleo
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda, mixed in buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco (not oil)
1 c. water
2 eggs
Preparation

Mix flour and sugar in bowl. Bring to a boil the oleo, Crisco, cocoa and water. (Bring to rapid boil; stir all the time.) Pour this in the flour and sugar mixture. Add remaining ingredients and beat. Bake in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
