Strawberry Icebox Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 lb. crumbled graham crackers
1 stick margarine, melted
1 box powdered sugar
8 oz. tub fat-free cream cheese
1 qt. fresh or frozen strawberries
1 bowl Cool Whip
Preparation

Melt margarine; let cool.
Spread 1/2 crumbs on bottom of 7 x 11 x 2-inch pan.
Cream butter, sugar and cream cheese.
Pour over crumbs.
Layer berries next.
Cover with Cool Whip.
Add remaining crumbs on top.
Refrigerate.
Suitable for freezing. Frozen berries will make it more juicy than fresh.
