Ingredients

                            3 or 4 large potatoes, peel and grate
1 egg, beaten
1 large onion, peel and grate
3 or 4 Tbsp. flour
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

                            First, grate potatoes and onion together on grater.
Add your eggs and flour with potatoes and onion.
Mix well.
If batter is too loose, add a little more flour (to your own judgement).
Cook in oil.
Mazola oil makes them crispier.
