Rice Consomme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 cans beef consomme
Preparation
    Melt margarine and cook onions until tender.
    Add other ingredients and pour into a 2-quart baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
