Busy-Day-Dinner-In-A-Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lean pork chops
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 small head cabbage, sliced
    4 small potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Brown pork chops
    in
    Dutch
    oven
    in
    bacon drippings. Remove and set aside.
    Saute
    onions
    for\ta minute or two and then add cabbage.
    Lay
    potatoes on top of cabbage, then layer of pork chops.
    Salt
    and
    pepper to taste. Add 1/2 cup water. Put lid on and
    let simmer for 20 minutes or until cabbage and potatoes are done.
    Serves 4.
