Carrot Spice Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oil (substitute with 1 c. applesauce + 1/2 c. oil)
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1 1/2 c. grated carrots
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    1 small can drained crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Blend sugar with oil or applesauce and oil.
    Beat in eggs all at one time.
    Sift together baking powder, soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and allspice, then pour into mixture.
    Stir in carrots, pecans and pineapple.
    Turn into greased and floured cake pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until tests done.
