Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
7 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. water
3 egg yolks
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 tsp. lemon rind
1/4 c. lemon juice
3 egg whites
6 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Cook on medium heat until mixture thickens.
Take 4 or 5 tablespoons of mixture and add to the egg yolks.
Blend together and add to the other mixture.
Add butter, lemon rind and lemon juice.
Cook 2 minutes.
