Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. cut broccoli spears
2 c. cooked chicken or turkey (cube or strips)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. dry white wine (optional)
1/4 c. milk (decrease by 2 Tbsp. if wine is used)
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
dash of garlic powder and dash of pepper
1/3 c. sliced almonds
Preparation

Cook broccoli; drain.
In 2-quart casserole dish, combine all ingredients except almonds.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Stir and sprinkle almonds on top and return to oven for 5 to 7 minutes or until heated through.
Serves 6 to 8.
