Fried Rice With Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. white rice
1 1/4 lb. boneless chicken, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. chopped white or yellow onions, cubed
2 c. chopped carrots (cubed)
2 c. frozen green peas, thawed
2 green onions, thinly sliced
Preparation

Cook rice according to directions on package.
Mix the soy sauce and pepper in a small bowl; set aside.
Place chicken in a medium bowl and add 1 tablespoon to chicken.
Mix well to marinate.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
Add eggs; stir to cook until done.
Make sure eggs are separated.
Remove and put on a plate.
Set aside.
Add remaining oil to wok or skillet.
Add chicken; stir-fry until fully cooked. Remove; put on plate and set aside.
Cook onions, carrots and peas in wok or skillet; stir-fry for 1 minute.
Leave in wok or skillet.
