Aunt Kathleen'S Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 c. sour milk
    1 c. mashed bananas
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream together shortening, sugar and eggs.
    Add flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, sour milk, mashed bananas and vanilla. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes; makes 24 cupcakes, or at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes in 9 x 13-inch pan.
