Pork Chops And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops, 1/2-inch thick
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 (8 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    In large skillet, brown pork chops in oil.
    Spread kraut over browned pork chops.
    Top with sour cream and paprika.
    Simmer 30 to 40 minutes, until pork chops are tender.
