Eggplant Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large eggplant, cooked until soft and peeled
    1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    3/4 c. stuffing mix
    1/2 c. onion
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Grease a baking dish.
    Fill; top with more cheese.
    Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
