Oreo Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 Oreo cookies
    2 3/4 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 sticks unsalted butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. almond
    1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    3 eggs (large)
    1 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
Preparation
    Quarter Oreos into fourths; set aside.
    Sift flour and baking soda; set aside.
    In large bowl, beat butter until soft.
    Add vanilla and almond extracts and sugar and beat well.
    Then add eggs, one at a time, until thoroughly incorporated.
    On low speed, add dry ingredients in three additions with sour cream in two additions until thoroughly incorporated after each addition.
