Crab Or Shrimp Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 8 oz. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. sauce
    2 Tbsp. Miracle Whip
    1 small grated onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 bottle of chilli sauce
    1 can crab meat
    parsley flakes
Preparation
    Only fresh suckers should be used and these be cleaned when caught or as soon after as possible.
    Cut the fish into 2 inch pieces (leave in the backbone).
    Pack dry into jars to within 1 inch of top.
    Add 1 tsp. salt to each quart jar.
    Do NOT add water. Put on cap, screwing band firmly tight.
