Mexican Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/8 tsp. salt
    2 dashes pepper
    3 Tbsp. flour
    4 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. green beans
    3 slices American cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In a bowl, mix beef, eggs, salt and pepper.
    Shape into 1-inch balls (coat with flour).
    In a large skillet, over moderately high heat, heat oil and brown pepper and onion slightly.
    Remove with slotted spoon.
    In same skillet, brown floured meat balls.
    Drain off excess fat.
