Peach Peels For Fried Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 gal. peach peels (no spots on them)
    4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Let set overnight.
    Cook slowly the next morning until peels are light brown.
    They will not be thick.
    Can in hot jars.
