Microwave English Muffin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    corn meal
    2 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. water
    5 c. flour
    2 packets dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Grease 2 (8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch) loaf pans.
    Sprinkle with corn meal.
    Shake out excess.
    Combine milk and water.
    Heat in microwave on High about 3 to 4 minutes (between 120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0 on thermometer).
    Mix 3 cups flour, yeast, sugar, salt and baking soda in large bowl.
    Add warm milk mixture and beat well.
    Blend in remaining flour and stir until dough is stiff.
    Knead in bowl.
