Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken
    1 small onion, diced
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. warm chicken broth
    Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Boil the chicken. Cool and strip the meat off the chicken bones.
    Put tortilla chips on bottom of baking dish and place a layer of meat over the tortilla chips.
    Mix together the onion, Ro-Tel, soups and chicken broth.
    Pour a layer of mixture over the chicken, then a layer of cheese.
    Repeat; layer of chips, chicken, broth mixture and cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
