Fruit Cocktail Mystery Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (17 oz.) fruit cocktail
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. white sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Drain fruit
    cocktail,\treserving
    1/4\tcup syrup.
    Mix together flour, white
    sugar, salt and baking powder.
    Add 1/2 cup brown sugar,
    reserved syrup and egg; blend well.
    Stir in drained fruit cocktail and nuts; mix well.
