The Great Puffy Pancake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    pinch of nutmeg
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    confectioners sugar to sprinkle
    juice of 1/2 lemon (optional)
Preparation
    Heat
    oven
    to
    425\u00b0.
    Mix
    the
    flour,
    milk, eggs and nutmeg slightly with beater or whip.
    Melt the margarine in a large frypan.
    Pour
    the batter into the melted margarine and bake
    15 to 20 minutes until puffed and brown.
    Squeeze on the lemon juice and lightly dust with confectioners sugar.
