Oat-Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

2 1/2 c. oat bran cereal
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. raisins
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. skim milk
4 oz. (1/2 c.) egg substitute
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Spray muffin cups with Pam.
Combine dry ingredients; add milk, egg and oil.
Mix until dry ingredients are moist.
Add raisins.
Fill cups 3/4 full.
Bake 17 minutes.
