Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. chopped unpeeled apple
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    In a large bowl, cream the eggs and sugar.
    Add oil.
    Mix all dry ingredients together and add apples and nuts to coat.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Batter will be stiff.
    Pour into greased and floured tube (Bundt) pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
