Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 Tbsp. rice (raw)
    2 qt. milk
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    cinnamon and nutmeg
Preparation
    In a 2-quart baking dish add raw rice, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon and nutmeg to taste.
    Mix well with about 1/2 cup of milk.
    Pour the rest of the milk in to about 1/2 inch from top of dish.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours, stirring every 1/2 hour, at 350\u00b0. Thickens as it cools.
