Banana-Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 slightly beaten eggs
2 c. mashed bananas
1 c. cooking oil
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. apple pie spice
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
1/2 c. coconut (optional)

Preparation

You will need 1 large and 1 medium mixing bowl, 1 large tube or Bundt pan.
