Cowboy Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 (8 oz.) can refrigerator biscuits
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Saute ground beef until browned, stirring to crumble.
Drain off grease.
Stir in barbecue sauce, onion and brown sugar.
Place biscuits in greased muffin cup, pressing to cover bottom and sides of cups.
Spoon meat mixture into cups and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
