Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. peeled and grated zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat eggs well; add sugar and beat until light yellow.
    Add oil, zucchini and vanilla; mix thoroughly.
    Sift together the flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder and cinnamon.
    Add to zucchini mixture and mix thoroughly.
    Bake in 2 greased and floured 9 x 5-inch bread pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
