English Hot Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork chops
    2 potatoes, sliced
    2 carrots, sliced
    1 onion, sliced
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Pour cup of water in a baking pan.
    Place layer of onion on bottom of pan, then potatoes, then carrots.
    Repeat.
    Place pork chops on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Bake 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
