Strawberry Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. strawberry jello
2 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries
1 (13 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 large banana, sliced
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin; add berries, stirring well.
Stir in pineapple, bananas and lemon juice.
Divide mixture in 1/2 and add 1/2 in a 2-quart dish.
Put in refrigerator until thick.
Spread sour cream over jello mixture, then carefully spread the other half of jelly mixture, which was standing on counter, on top of the sour cream mixture.
Put in refrigerator overnight.
