Shrimp Cocktail Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. cooked shrimp, chopped or baby shrimp (salad)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. cocktail sauce or chili sauce
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    lemon slice and parsley sprig (for garnish)
Preparation
    In a small bowl, with electric mixer at medium speed, beat shrimp, cream cheese, cocktail sauce, celery and horseradish until well blended.
    Cover; chill until serving.
    Garnish with lemon slice and parsley sprig, if desired.
    Serve as a dip with pretzel chips or crackers.
