Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bunch broccoli (3 to 4 stems to a bunch)
1 lb. bacon
1/2 lb. cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 medium onion (optional)
Swiss or Cheddar cheese (any)
Preparation

Chop broccoli in small pieces.
Dice cheese into small chunks. Fry bacon until crisp and break into pieces.
Place broccoli, cheese and bacon into large mixing bowl.
Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar and oil in separate bowl (mix well).
Pour dressing on broccoli mixture; mix well.
Refrigerate to chill.
Recommend Swiss cheese.
