Hot Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    2 Tbsp. canned jalapeno peppers, diced
    1 (10 oz.) can frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. half and half
    2 to 2 1/2 oz. sliced olives
    1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
Preparation
    Saute onions and tomatoes in oil until soft.
    In a large bowl, mix tomato and onion mixture with the remaining ingredients.
    Pour into a baking dish and bake in a 400\u00b0 oven until bubbly and browned.
    Serve with taco chips.
