Corn Bread Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large skillet cornbread, prepared
1 c. chicken or turkey pieces
1/2 onion, chopped (or more, if desired)
2 boiled eggs, chopped (if desired)
3 c. chicken or turkey broth
3 stalks celery, chopped
2 raw eggs
1 stick margarine
4 slices bread, toasted
Preparation

Cook onion and celery in margarine until tender.
Break cornbread into pieces and crumble in 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Break toast into small pieces and mix with cornbread.
Mix in all other ingredients.
Pour broth over all.
Mix thoroughly.
Salt to taste.
Also, add sage and black pepper, if desired.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes, until golden brown.
Serves 8.
