Cookies 'N Cream Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. half and half
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
10 to 15 Oreo type cookies, crumbled

Preparation

Mix half and half with eggs and scald. When cool, add sugar, salt and vanilla. Stir in cookies after ice cream is frozen.
